Hi, I’m Austen.

By day, I work in market research and customer experience, helping organizations better understand their customers and make smarter decisions. Along the way I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible brands, tackle interesting business challenges, and learn from a lot of talented people.

Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious. Whether it’s finding a great restaurant, planning the next trip, diving into technology, debating the merits of a watch purchase I probably don’t need, or sharing lessons learned from life along the way, I enjoy exploring new ideas and experiences.
